Returns, Change of Mind & Warranty

Returning an item

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the item to us for a refund, minus any applicable return fee. You have 45 days from the order date to initiate a return. After this period, returns are not accepted.

How to return an item:

  • Submit your return request via our customer service portal

  • You will receive a confirmation and return instructions by email

  • Make sure to return your item(s) within 45 days of your purchase date

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return

If you're returning multiple items (e.g. clothing and a large item over 20kg), the highest return fee will be charged. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return reaches us. Be sure to note the parcel's tracking ID and ask for a receipt when shipping.

If you don’t pay for the return yourself, the return fee will be deducted from your refund. If you’re returning your entire order, please notify customer service within 45 days of your order date.

Return shipping: Return costs must always be covered by the customer, even in the case of a change of mind.
If your order was made using an unpaid invoice (e.g. Klarna), please remember to postpone the due date via Klarna.com.au or by contacting Klarna directly.

If your item is damaged, if you haven’t received a return label, or if you have any questions, feel free to contact us via the customer service portal.


Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model, simply return the original item following the instructions above and place a new order for the item you want. Once we process your return, you will receive a refund minus return shipping.

If your original order included a discount code, bundle offer or similar, please contact customer service to arrange compensation so you can re-order at the same price.


14-Day Change of Mind Guarantee

When shopping at dailychoicestore.com, you're welcome to open and try your product. However, the change of mind guarantee does not apply to hygiene-related products. A deduction may be applied to your refund if the item is returned in damaged condition (see below).

In line with Australian Consumer Law, DailyChoiceStore offers a 14-day change of mind period, starting from the day you receive your parcel.


Hygiene Products

The change of mind guarantee does not apply to products that cannot be resold due to health or hygiene reasons. This includes, for example, breast pumps, formula machines, cosmetics, underwear, etc. It also does not apply to perishable or limited-shelf-life items.

Exception: Nursing bras may be returned if tried on with a nursing pad.

When returning nursing bras, UV-protective clothing or swimwear, please return items in their original packaging and in unused condition. Tags and hygiene seals must still be intact. Damaged or missing packaging may result in a value reduction, assessed case by case.


Items in Used or Damaged Condition

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its features and functionality, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to the loss in value. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. If original packaging is missing or the product has signs of use, please contact customer service before returning, so we can assess whether a return can be accepted. You have up to 60 days from the purchase date to initiate this process.


365-Day Open Return Policy (Unopened Items)

DailyChoiceStore offers a 365-day open return policy for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. The packaging must be undamaged. If your item was delivered without packaging (e.g. loose in a parcel), all tags, stickers and labels must still be attached. Items must be returned unused and in completely original condition.


Warranty

All items purchased from DailyChoiceStore.com come with a 60-day warranty.

Warranty Claims

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team. You will be asked to provide a clear description of the issue along with photo evidence, so we can assist you through the process.

The product warranty only covers original manufacturing defects — that is, faults that were present at the time of delivery. All claims must be assessed and confirmed by DailyChoiceStore.com.

Depending on the situation, you may be offered:

  • a free repair,

  • a replacement product, or

  • a partial refund.

Please note: the warranty does not apply if no fault is found, or if the damage was caused by misuse, accident, or improper handling.
