Orders

Once your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email. This confirmation includes information about the product(s), price, payment method and shipping address.
If there are any errors in the order confirmation, the buyer must contact the seller promptly.


Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 7–14 business days. Shipping is always free, regardless of the number of items ordered.

Exceptions that may extend delivery time include national holidays or special circumstances. These can delay delivery by a few additional business days.
If your order is delayed without prior notice, please contact customer service.


Prices

All prices in the online store are in AUD and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
The total cost, including product(s) and any applicable fees, will be clearly presented before completing the purchase.


Inspection of Goods

Upon receiving the item(s), we recommend inspecting the product to ensure it matches the order and has not been damaged in transit. If you find any discrepancies or defects, please contact us to lodge a claim.


Change of Mind

As per Australian Consumer Law, buyers may return products within 14 days of receipt, even if the product is not defective.

To exercise your change of mind right, you must notify us within 14 days. The item must be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the item. The item should be in unused condition, and no fees will be charged for returns based on change of mind, apart from return shipping.


Faulty Goods – Rights and Claims

If a product is defective, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Notification within 2 months is always considered timely. Claims must be made within 2 years of purchase. If the item is expected to last longer, the claim period extends to 5 years.

In case of a fault not caused by the buyer, you may be entitled to:

  • Withhold part of the payment

  • Request repair or replacement

  • Request a price reduction

  • Cancel the contract (refund)

  • Claim compensation

Claims should preferably be made in writing.


Repairs or Replacement

You may choose between having the item repaired or replaced. The seller may reject the request if it’s impossible or too costly. Resolution must be offered within a reasonable timeframe. The seller generally cannot attempt more than two repairs for the same issue.


Price Reduction

You may be entitled to a price reduction if the item is not repaired or replaced. The reduction should reflect the decreased value of the product. In some cases, the reduction may match the significance of the fault.


Contract Cancellation

If the item is not repaired or replaced and the issue is not minor, you may cancel the purchase.


Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If needed, Australian customers can contact the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) or their local consumer protection agency.


Privacy

Unless otherwise agreed, the seller will only collect and store the personal information necessary to fulfil the order. Your data will only be shared if required to complete the transaction or if required by law.

Buyers can contact us at any time to inquire about, correct, or request deletion of their personal information.


Payment

Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, or Klarna (Pay Later / Instalments). Local payment options may also be offered.
